References to “Parties2Weddings”, “us”, “we” and “our” in these terms & conditions (Terms & Conditions) shall mean Parties2Weddings ABN 32303 540 724. In the context of limitations of liability and responsibility, it also includes our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, representatives, and assigns.
References to “customer”, “client”, “passenger”, “you” or “your” shall mean the named person who places the order and where the context requires (including in respect of liability and responsibility provisions) includes all persons intending to travel on the order.
OUR ROLE AS YOUR AGENT
Parties2Weddings sells accommodations, wedding packages, wedding services, kids theme parties, experiences such as honeymoon packages, anniversary packages, family getaway packages, romantic getaway packages, girls getaway, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, special occasions and other ancillary and related services of and for travel, accommodation and other leisure activities (Services).
Parties2Weddings is neither a common carrier nor a private carrier and does not provide any of the wedding services, accommodation or other activities, services or products meals, facilities, goods and travel products or services on your holiday or in relation to it, and over whom Parties2Weddings has no direct control and which are described on its website including the travel Offers
Parties2Weddings acts as your agent in conducting the Services with third party suppliers, event planners, travel product and service providers, including (without limitation) third party airlines, wedding venues, hotels, accommodation services, wedding services, entertainers, theme parties, kids entertainers, hair & beauty specialists, massagists, transport services, special occasion experiences, limousines, taxi drivers, coaches, land carriers, hoteliers, tour operators, tour guides, tour directors, travel agents, meal facilitators, or the providers of any other product or service, who provide wedding services, bundled services that are part of experiences as principals (Suppliers). Parties2Weddings is not the agent of any such principal.
For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms & Conditions apply to communications and/or orders made directly with our consultants, whether over the phone, by email, via social media/online chat, in-store, and to orders placed online via our website.
In addition to these Terms & Conditions, you will also be subject to the terms and conditions of any Suppliers (Supplier Terms). The Supplier Terms are listed on the relevant Suppliers home page of the travel offer. The Supplier Terms (and any policies or terms referred within them) form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Before you can place an order, at the point of payment, you will be required to acknowledge and confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions (including the Supplier Terms).
By making the acknowledgment you confirm that:
- you have read, understand and agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions and Supplier Terms;
- you are aware of and will comply with any and all health, medical, visa and passport requirements of the country or countries you intend to visit, as well as the responsibility to obtain all required documentation or vaccinations prior to travel;
- you are 18 years of age or over, and have the authority and capacity to place an order and act on behalf of all persons for whom you are placing an order and all persons intending to travel on the order; and
You will not be authorized to proceed to order placement until this acknowledgment is made.
Please note that, in administering the Terms & Conditions, Parties2Weddings will only deal with the named person who placed the order in respect of a wedding service, wedding package, kids birthday services, experience or any resulting packages. Information contained in personnel records will not be disclosed to any external organisations except where required for authorised purposes or with the consent of the account holder concerned. Disclosure to another traveller or emergency contact will only take place with the approval of the account holder concerned, where the information is necessary to prevent or lessen a death or injury, or where required by law.
WEDDING PACKAGES & EXPERIENCES
Promotion of a wedding service, wedding package, corporate packages, kids birthday party services, and experiences packages on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather, an invitation to travel subject to our inventory allocation system. We reserve the right to modify, change, extend, withdraw, remove or cancel the packages at any time.
These changes or modifications can include but are not limited to, variances to published content relating to the wedding service, wedding package, kids birthday party services, corporate packages, experiences packages including the overview, the inclusions,bundled services with other offers, and the important information sections (which includes all published prices, government taxes, levies, fees, fuel surcharges, validity, mandatory surcharges and itinerary elements (including listed inclusions,exclusions, accommodation, touring sites and schedule, ground transport, airport transfers, hotel to hotel transfers). Some or all of these changes may be subject to factors outside of Parties2Weddings’s control.
For Experiences, Parties2Weddings and its suppliers reserve the right to upgrade customers at its own discretion, without justification or explanation. Where for logistical reasons an upgrade becomes available and required, we will use a higher standard than that which was purchased. However, where an upgrade is not required to upgrade everyone, with the help of our supplier, we ensure our customers will at a minimum receive what they have agreed to at the time of purchase. Parties2Weddings will not compensate or refund customers who do not receive a complimentary upgrade.
All wedding services, wedding packages, kids birthday party services, corporate and experiences packages listed on our website operate via a fixed but live internal inventory allocation system for the most part relevant to the availability date. This system initially allocates available inventory in respect of an event date at the point of purchase to customers who have made an order where an allocation is possible. In some cases, the booking may need to be confirmed with a third party supplier or provider. Parties2Weddings reserves the right to remove, add, secure, place on hold and/or release allocations to a package and to orders in line with our internal inventory allocation system.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All packages listed on our website are heavily discounted and available for a limited time only. For this reason, we require full payment at the time of order placement and payments are typically non-refundable.
All prices of our published packages are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. The published prices of the packages includes all Australian taxes, charges and service fees, including GST (where applicable). All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
Payment can be made with Paypal, Stripe by credit card or by bank transfer. For bookings made directly with Parties2Weddings, a fee of 3% on Visa & MasterCard debit cards which are processed through the payment gateways and no financial information ever stored on our servers. These fees are subject to change and upon the discretion of external payment gateways. If paying by bank transfer, please note that your order is not secured until the funds clear into our account.
Some additional extras, supplements, and/or surcharges may be payable after order placement, as specified in the important information section on the deal home page. The price payable is also subject to a number of other factors including any customisations and additions made by you, changes to wedding services, wedding packages, kids birthday services, bundled services, experiences packages, travel arrangements, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, levies and airfare increases. We reserve the right to adjust any fees, charges or prices as necessary to reflect a material cost increase, being greater than 10% of the package.
We reserve the right not to honour any published prices that we determine were erroneous due to printing, clerical or electronic error, except in the case of manifest error by us.
In the event of a price decrease, we are not obliged to refund you to match any subsequent price reduction after order placement.
Experience packages with accommodation such as Honeymoon packages, Anniversary packages, Family getaway packages, Romantic getaway packages, Girls getaway packages are typically promoted as a base ‘per couple’ price based on twin share travel and family packages as “Couple with 2 children”, which are listed under each package inclusions.
In the instance of packages promoted as ‘2 for 1’ deals, the packages are typically promoted at a base price for two persons where one order quantity is valid for two persons.
All information with respect to experiences packages, will highlight the number of adults and where applicable, children, that the offer is valid under booking terms on the listing page of each package. All other mandatory surcharges including but not limited to additional person surcharges, on-peak, holiday surcharges, city surcharges, the selection of additional optional extras, other government taxes, levies, gratuities, or listed fees are in addition to the listed base price as per the terms of the packages.
Immediately following payment in full, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email and/or at account login via our website (Order Confirmation). Please ensure you read this Order Confirmation carefully, to ensure that your booking is accurate.
The Order Confirmation will contain helpful information including package inclusions, event date, booking terms and the booking process can vary from deal to deal so it’s important to check if you have further requirements in order to complete your booking.
Please note, we will not be liable for any expenses, fines, penalties, costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred as a result of failure to read and follow the instructions as listed on your Order Confirmation.
BOOKING PROCESS AND ORDER AMENDMENTS
Once the listed package is booked not limited to Kids Birthday Party packages, wedding services, wedding packages, corporate packages, experiences packages, Parties2Weddings is authorised to commence all the required booking process, such as process to book all the vendors not limited to venues, Accommodation, Travel, Photographers, DJ, Caterers, Hair Stylists, Transport, Tour Operators to all other packaged services. At this time, all order components are considered final, and when a change request is made after the intuition of the booking process, the request will be subject to availability and will incur change administration fees.
Any change request will be considered as strictly as a request and cannot be guaranteed.
Change administration fees can include but are not limited to, accommodation booking reissue fees, any price differences relating to the change in option originally selected by the customer at the time of purchase and Parties2Weddings change fees and fees that are relevant to the supplier set terms & conditions.
In some instances, absolutely no changes (even at a cost) are permissible once the booking has been finalised.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
One of the reasons we are able to offer such great prices is because we book and pay for many elements in advance. Parties2Weddings acts as a booking agent, assembling all the parts which complete the overall package as soon as 24-48 hours after purchase. This includes but is not limited to wedding & party services, Venues, accommodations, hotels and other services. As a result, we do not hold onto your money. We are bound by what our supplies are offerings, and our packages are set by suppliers terms and conditions.
All packages listed on our website are curated, heavily discounted and available for a limited time only. As such, all orders are non-refundable. All orders are considered non-transferable or changeable before the booking is finalised.
All proposed cancellations must be communicated to Parties2Weddings as soon as they become known, and must be validated and authorised by Parties2Weddings.
Where a partial cancellation is required, any request to changes are strictly subject to the deal conditions, the provider’s contractual terms, availability and at Parties2Weddings discretion. All associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Fees and charges will apply.
Quotes to make changes of this nature are based on the retail rate of the services available at the time the request is made. The package prices are based on pricing structures at the time of sale, strict internal booking deadlines and the number of allocations purchased and are therefore not applicable to a change of passenger.
- if you change your mind after you have purchased a package (for whatever reason);
- if the package or experience was in accordance with its description but did not meet your general expectations (for whatever reason);
- if you are unable to travel due to a medical condition or any other personal reason;
- if you are unable to obtain your preferred time to experience or travel;
- if you cannot travel due to other travel or other personal commitments;
- if the business on behalf of whom we are advertising a package, service or travel offer, does not honour the terms of the service, package or travel offer because you have failed to present the voucher on redemption;
- If the business does not have availability because you have not attempted to make a booking within a reasonable period of time (as determined by Parties2Weddings) from the travel voucher expiry date;
- if you have had a dispute with the business on behalf of whom we are advertising the service, package or travel offer;
- if you are late for your booking, and the business decides to cancel your voucher;
- where the package or selected event date, selected travel date in respect to the offer has passed;
- where you are denied entry to a destination due to a failure to comply with a health or other requirement;
- if you leave a tour and are non-locatable after reasonable efforts have been made and we cancel any remaining component of a travel offer;
- if you miss or are a ‘no-show’ for the accommodation, transfer or other service or travel offer component is cancelled;
- where an itinerary change occurs and we arrange supply of a service of comparable or higher standard;
- where we cancel the order in the event of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity.
In some cases to may provide a refund of amounts you have paid to us with respect to package, service or travel products:
- we have made a mistake in advertising a travel offer that fundamentally misstates the product or service that is the subject of the travel offer or otherwise in the case of manifest error by us; or
- prior to travel, the provider of the travel offer ceases trading or ceases to provide the goods or services that are the subject of the travel offer.
- allocation system time-outs resulting in oversold allocations under our inventory allocation system and as a consequence the service, package or travel offer is not available to you and we cancel the order;
SUBMITTING A REFUND REQUEST: All customers requesting a refund will be required to provide full particulars as to why they are not satisfied with the quality of the goods and services that are the subject of a service, package or travel offer. All requests must be sent to email@example.com
By completing the form, Parties2Weddings can assess and seek an appropriate resolution to the issue.
All feedback forms must be received within 30 days from the event date, or from the date the incident occurred. Any requests for refunds submitted outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
VERIFICATION: Parties2Weddings will verify the validity and veracity of some or all of the particulars of a request for cancellation or refund by consulting with the relevant merchant or supplier responsible for fulfilling the offer. Parties2Weddings may also ask you (by phone or email) to provide additional information in relation to the cancellation or refund request.
Refusal: In circumstances where we believe that a request for a cancellation or refund does not fall within the scope of this policy, misleading, incorrect, deceptive and/or is otherwise invalid, PartiesWedding may, in its absolute discretion, refuse a cancellation or refund request. Parties2Weddings is under no obligation to provide you with reasons as to why your request has been refused. Please note that any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise suspicious activity will be immediately referred to the relevant authorities.
REFUND VIA DIRECT DEPOSIT
Any refund will be credited to your preferred bank account, according to the details provided by you during the refund request process. Any refund provided by Parties2Weddings in no way an admission of liability by or on behalf of Parties2Weddingsl or the admission of any other fact in connection with, any act or omission which then led to the request for a refund being submitted by the customer.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We arrange your Wedding service, wedding package, kids birthday services, experiences packages such as Honeymoon packages, Anniversary packages, Family getaway packages, Romantic getaway packages, Girls getaway, Bachelorette parties, Birthday parties,, which will be provided by Suppliers that we understand (having made reasonable inquiries) are reputable and operate in accordance with the standards set down by their local authorities. The scope of our services and our obligation to you is strictly limited to the packaged services. We act as your agent in performing the Services with the Suppliers. We do not provide the package offers on our website that you may receive for your special occasions, other celebrations and travel, all of which are provided by Suppliers. We agree to perform the Services, with the Suppliers offering the services for your wedding, event, getaway experiences, travel products and services described in your package offer on these Terms & Conditions.
All package documentation issued by Parties2Weddings, including but not limited to order confirmations, receipts, coupons and contracts, is subject to the Supplier’s Terms, which constitutes the sole contract between the Supplier and you, and any other person(s) intending to celebrate such as wedding, event, party or getaway experiences.
The Packages & experiences offers are provided subject to the Suppliers’ Terms, conditions and limitations (some of which may exclude or limit liability in respect of death, injury, delay, loss or damage to passenger’s person and/or effects), which may not be expressly the subject of our contractual agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the following, we accept no liability or responsibility in connection with Supplier Terms, conditions or limitations and do not make or give any warranty or representation as to their content or standard. Any legal recourse you may have in respect of those travel products is against those Suppliers and not against Parties2Weddings.
Your legal rights in connection with the provision of wedding services, wedding packages, corporate packages, kids birthday services, experiences packages such as Honeymoon packages, Anniversary packages, Family getaway packages, Romantic getaway packages, Girls getaway, Bachelorette parties, Birthday parties and travel services are against the specific Supplier and, except to the extent a problem is caused or contributed to by negligence on our part, are not against us. Specifically, if for any reason any Supplier is unable to provide the package offers that you have purchased, your rights are against that Supplier and not against Parties2Weddings. This includes (without limitation) where package Offers cannot be supplied or changes occur or any other loss or damage suffered by the customer due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders, or interpositions of any government or any subdivision or agent thereof or other authorities, or by acts of God, strikes, severe weather, fire, flood, war, rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, pandemics, failure of equipment or machinery, theft, malevolent acts or any other cause(s) beyond our control (each a Force Majeure Event).
We are not liable for any cancellations, diversions, substitution of equipment, variations, postponements, or any other acts, omissions or defaults by Suppliers, nor for any consequences thereof, including but not limited to changes to services, itineraries, accommodation or facilities.
Nothing in the Terms & Conditions is intended to limit, exclude or modify or purport to limit, exclude or modify the statutory implied guarantees/warranties that cannot be lawfully limited, excluded or modified as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) including the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or similar laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
If any warranties are implied by law that cannot be excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for breach of such warranties is limited to, at our option:
- in the case of products:
- the replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent products; or
- the payment of the cost of replacing the products or acquiring equivalent products; and
- in the case of services:
- the supply of the services again; and
- the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parties2Weddings shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, cost, damage, liability or expense.
Parties2Weddings reserves the right to vary, withdraw or cancel any Wedding service, wedding package, kids birthday services, experiences packages such as Honeymoon packages, Anniversary packages, Family getaway packages, Romantic getaway packages, Girls getaway, Bachelorette parties, Birthday Party packages by written notice in the event they cannot be supplied or the inclusions are changed due to a Force Majeure Event or other events which are beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parties2Weddings is not and does not accept any responsibility or liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, illness, death, cost, loss, damage (including but not limited to loss or damage to persons, baggage and property), delay, diversion, substitution of equipment, variation, postponement, liabilities, expense or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with:
- the acts, errors, omissions, default or negligence of Suppliers or other third parties including government authorities, wedding service providers, event planners, kids party providers, airlines, coach, rail, land carriers, hoteliers or any other suppliers, nor for any consequences thereof, including but not limited to changes to or lack of availability of transport, services, accommodation or facilities;
- a Force Majeure Event.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parties2Weddings is not and does not accept responsibility or liability for any acts, errors, omissions, default or negligence of any person, not its direct employee or under its control, including any government or governmental authority, officer or employee, and also including any employees, officers or agents of any Supplier such as DJ’s, Wedding Cake Providers, Limousines, Hair Stylists, Decorations, Caterers, Florists, Photographers, Videographers, Entertainers, Magicians, Kids Disco, Face Painting, other transport providers, hoteliers or other accommodation providers, land carriers, tour operators, tour guides, tour directors, travel agents, or the providers of any other meals, facilities, goods and travel products or services on your holiday or in relation to it and over whom Parties2Weddings has no control. Parties2Weddings is not and does not accept responsibility for any criminal conduct by any third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parties2Weddings is not and does not accept responsibility or liability for any requirements, terms or conditions of any Supplier or other third parties who provide some wedding services, kids birthday party services, event services, experiences packages, travel products or services in the course of your getaway or holiday. All bookings made by Parties2Weddings with Suppliers or other travel product or service providers on your behalf are subject to the requirements, terms and conditions of those persons which may not be expressly the subject of our contractual agreement, particularly in relation to the applicable laws, policies and requirements of any government, governmental authority or employee including visa, entry, exit or transit requirements.
If, during your travel, you occupy a transport seat fitted with a safety belt, Parties2Weddings is not and does not accept liability for injury, illness, death or other loss, damage or claim arising from any incident or accident where the safety belt is not being worn correctly at the time of any incident or accident.
Parties2Weddings is not and does not accept any liability or responsibility for your acts, omissions, defaults, conduct, state of health, condition or circumstances, or failure to comply with the terms, conditions and requirements of any Suppliers or other third party travel products or suppliers, or country or governmental authorities, or any of their officials, servants or agents.
As part of the wedding packages & experience packages, If you decide that you do not wish to visit a country or part of a country you had intended to visit because of any law, condition or requirements of Suppliers or any country or governmental authority, official, servant or agent, or because of circumstances beyond our control (and including any Force Majeure Event), you are responsible for any costs, expenses, charges, fees, losses or damage incurred as a consequence and any cancellation or amendment fees.
In relation to any responsibility or liability which cannot be excluded by law or despite the limitations above, if Parties2Weddings is found liable for any loss, damage, cost, liability or expense which arises out of or in any way is connected with any of the occurrences described above, then to the maximum extent permitted by law Parties2Weddings’s liability will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of:
- the amounts you paid to Parties2Weddings in connection with the wedding services, party or event services, experience packages, travel products or services; or
OFFER AND VALIDITY PERIODS
Each package will list its specific order validity details in the important information section of the deal home page with respect to available travel period and/or specific departure dates, any high season surcharges, and the number of adults and/or children the offer is valid for when purchasing a quantity of 1 (subject to rooming configurations). Orders are valid only for the confirmed travel date selected and once the travel date selected has passed, the order will be considered void and is non-refundable in full or in-part if unused.
For some escape offers, the booking is subject to final confirmation from the accommodation provider. If you do not receive an email from the accommodation provider within 7 Business Days please contact Parties2Weddings. If the selected dates cannot be secured an alternative date can be selected. In the event no available dates are suitable, a full refund will be provided. As such any third party additional arrangements should not be made until the final confirmation is received and any associated fees for changes or cancellation are the liability of the customer.
MANDATORY FEES & OTHER CHARGES
For experience getaway packages & other services, we use reasonable endeavours to list any likely mandatory charges, optional or mandatory gratuities, government taxes, levies, fees or other charges that you or an intending customer may incur on their service or tour on the important information section on the deal home page. Any payment in this regard (where relevant) must be made in line with the payment instructions in this section. Please note that there will be additional surcharges for peak period and for additional people. Often government taxes, levies, fees and other charges change at the discretion of government or other authorities or Suppliers whereby Parties2Weddings has no direct control, and we do not accept responsibility or liability for any changes to any of this information after order placement.
REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Flights: Parties2Weddings works with 3rd party travel agents in arranging booking for our customers, reserves the right to modify, change, extend or withdraw published flight terms such as airline selection and/or scheduling with respect to the Travel Offer at any time due to changes beyond our control.
Visa Requirements: Parties2Weddings customers are advised to check all visa requirements prior to order placement as the organisation and obtainment of visas, including transit visas and re-entry permits, will be the customer’s responsibility.
Parties2Weddings recommends all users prior to purchasing a Experience Packages, Party, Event & Wedding Packages understands the entry and exit rules of the destination(s) they are travelling to. To check, as an Australian Passport holder the destination’s advice please go to https://smartraveller.gov.au
If you do not obtain the correct visas, for whatever reason, you will be liable for any associated expenses, fees, penalties, costs, liabilities, damages or losses and are not entitled to a Parties2Weddings refund as this decision is outside of the control of Parties2Weddings.
Parties2Weddings may provide general advice in your Travel Documentation, however, this is subject to change without notice and all visa requirements remain the responsibility of the customer to ensure you follow the appropriate entry and exit requirements.
Travel Insurance: You should immediately after purchasing a Experience package offer, take out comprehensive travel insurance as Parties2Weddings have a strict Cancellation and Refund Policy. Purchasing a comprehensive policy can help to protect yourself and any other persons intending to travel from unforeseen circumstances or an inability to travel through your insurer’s cancellation cover.
After purchasing travel insurance, you must read and consider if the product disclosure statement (PDS) provided to you has the appropriate level of cover before the cooling off period ends subject to your Insurer’s policy. Parties2Weddings does not provide travel insurance, has no responsibility for and excludes all liability in relation to your Insurance claims. Parties2Weddings recommends travel insurance (where available) against loss of deposits through cancellation charges, baggage loss, medical expenses, theft and the insolvency of Parties2Weddings or any of the Suppliers and including protection against a Force Majeure Event or for any other requirements specific to your travel plans.
Parties2Weddings makes no representations or guarantees concerning reimbursements of funds paid by you under any insurance claim. You agree not to hold Parties2Weddings responsible for any decision made by insurers, and/or by any Suppliers, or requirements of any overseas country or governmental authority or overseas laws and policies. Insurance providers are considered as a third-party, any contract is between you and the selected provider.
Be aware that some insurers may not cover countries that are sanctioned by the United Nations. It’s the customer responsibility to verify the insurance terms of coverage including “Do not travel” warning.
Travel advice: Prior to order placement, it’s your responsibility to be aware of the safety, local conditions, and issues that may exist/arise at your travel destination(s). You are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations and customs in all countries and locations to which you travel, which in some cases can be very different from those at home.
We recommend that you contact DFAT or visit their website www.smartraveller.gov.au for current advice.
You can also register your travel plans with DFAT so you’re easily contactable in case of emergency.
Health Requirements: For packages such as Destination Wedding Packages & Experience getaway Packages, All customers must possess appropriate fitness (whether physical, medical or otherwise) that deems them well enough to travel. It’s your responsibility to ensure that you’re aware of any specific health requirements for your travel destination(s) prior to order placement and be responsible for ensuring that any applicable needs can be met during travels.
This includes understanding whether you are authorised to carry or use certain medications and or medical/mobility equipment (including batteries with respect to flights and cruises) and/or whether you are required to provide supporting medical documentation such as prescriptions or medical certificates.
For some countries, a failure to disclose a health condition, proof of vaccination or a medical certificate may result in the applicable country/airline/cruise refusing you entry/boarding, or in you being detained, expelled or repatriated from the applicable country at your cost.
Where possible, specific health/fitness requirements of the tour or destination(s) will be listed in the important information section on the deal home page.
If you have any concerns regarding health requirements of the travel destination(s), we suggest you refer to your health professional and/or the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) ‘Smart Traveller’ service prior to placing an order. We recommend that you contact DFAT or visit their website www.smartraveller.gov.au for current advice. You can also register your travel plans with DFAT so you’re easily contactable in case of emergency. Parties2Weddings does not provide any medical advice.
All medical requests, including but not limited to access to power, refrigeration and travelling with the use of mobility aids are subject to a number of factors including the transportation, destination and local standards, accommodation, airline, cruise-line and any other suppliers used. These requests are beyond the control of Parties2Weddings, and although we will include this request as a file note to the providers, your request cannot be guaranteed. It is your responsibility to follow up with the Supplier directly either in the destination or prior to travelling where possible.
Parties2Weddings reserves the right to modify, change, extend, or withdraw published packages for wedding services, wedding packages, kids birthday party services, experiences and accommodation terms at any time due to changes beyond our control.
For example, technical or administrative reasons on the part of an accommodation provider may mean that a substitute hotel or room needs to be provided.
Accommodation including hotel descriptions are based on current guides provided by Suppliers. Any facilities described are subject to change at any time. We have made reasonable inquiries to verify that the descriptions and details are accurate, but to the maximum extent permitted by law do not warrant the accuracy of such information. Please note that standard hotel check-in is after 2: 00 pm and check out at 11:00am.
(a) Extra nights for arrive early/stay behinds
Some travel offers may include the option to request and/or purchase additional night(s) accommodation to complement the selection of arriving early/stay behind options in the accommodation that Parties2Weddings has organised for the travel offer. These requests are all dependent on availability.
Most facilities offer a ‘twin bedding’ (two separate beds – typically of single size) or ‘double bed’ options in relation to the bedding configuration for accommodation. You can specify your preference at the time of booking. Please note bedding requests are subject to availability.
(b) Maximum room capacity
As most travel offers are based on twin share or family room depending on the type of purchased package, the maximum rooming capacity is typically for two people for twin share and maximum of 4 for family room. The maximum room capacity will be listed in the packages section on the individual listing page.
(e) Non-smoking rooms
All rooms are booked as non-smoking where possible. However, this cannot be guaranteed as not all accommodation providers and destinations offer dedicated non-smoking rooms.
(f) Personal belongings/luggage/porterage
Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times and Parties2Weddings does not accept any liability for any loss or theft, destruction of any personal belongings or luggage. Any loss, theft or damage must be taken up directly with the Supplier and/or reported to your insurer. Customers are expected to carry their own luggage or at least be travelling with someone who can assist them. Should you require any assistance with luggage during travel, it will be at your own cost as hotel porterage is not included unless clearly listed on the travel offer.
CHILD TRAVELLER POLICY
Some experience packages, enforce a child traveller policy as imposed by the relevant Supplier. In these instances, the child traveller policy will be clearly listed on the Important Information section of the deal home page accessible on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the child traveller policy and ensure that all travellers on their order satisfy the listed requirements. In the instances where an order has been placed for any customer(s) in contravention of the child traveller policy, Parties2Weddings reserves the right to cancel the order less an AU$200 order offload fee per affected person and any non-refundable package or accommodation costs. Parties2Weddings may offer to provide a customer name replacement opportunity whereby the affected customer can be replaced with another person who meets the age requirement or charge an additional fee that the accommodation provider may enforce in allowing a child in contravention of the child traveller policy. Parties2Weddings is not responsible for any cost or additional fees in the instance where a customer has failed to comply with the child traveller policy.
HIGH SEASON SURCHARGES
The getaway experiences package booking offer is valid for travel on the listed and available departure dates as listed on the important information section of the deal home page.
In some instances, we may need to pass one or more high season surcharges for certain departure date periods on to the customer. Departure date high season surcharges may result on the terms of the hotel’s & private villas terms and conditions and are payable on order placement.
For most international experiences packages offer, the airport to the hotel and/or hotel to airport transfers are listed as an inclusion as per the specific travel offer. Transfer transportation is typically a smaller coach, taxi or vehicle and in some cases, airport and hotel arrival and departure transfers will combine multiple travel groups.
Transfers are typically not included where an arrive early/stay behind has been added to the order and the arrangement and cost of any transfer in these instances becomes the responsibility of the relevant customer(s).
In the event of a flight cancellation or delay, travellers must contact their emergency contact prior to arrival to see if the transfer can be rearranged. Where this is not possible, travellers will be required to make their own way to the hotel and contact their travel insurance to see if they are eligible for a claim. Parties2Weddings is not liable for reimbursement of missed inclusions due to flight cancellations or delays.
LAND ACTIVITIES & OPTIONAL DAY TOURS
Some experience package offers may include the option to request or purchase additional land activities and/or optional day tours/tour extensions or internal domestic transport upgrade options.
These options can be negotiated directly with taxi & tour operators on the ground in the destination country or Parties2Weddings can assist in arranging, subject to availability.
Some tours and/or activities are subject to availability, minimum numbers and weather constraints. In circumstances where these tours cannot go ahead and you have prepaid, you may receive a refund on return. Change of mind to participate in any prepaid activities may not be eligible for a refund due to the cancellation policy of the Suppliers.
TOUR GUIDES AND TOUR LEADERS
Some travel offers as part of experiences packages, may include a tour guide or a tour leader. Tour guides and tour leaders are not a standard inclusion on all travel offers and will only be made available when particularly required to enhance the experience of the destination featured.
Parties2Weddings does not accept responsibility for the standard, behaviour or comments of a tour guide or a tour leader.
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason after that order has been placed, including but not limited to, an error in the price or description, the unavailability of any product or service, or an error in the administration of your order.
For experiences packages offer, If a customer is found to be non-locatable after reasonable efforts have been made to contact them, the local authorities will be contacted and the remaining components of their tour will be cancelled. Please note that this isn’t just Parties2Weddings policy, in some countries, it may be considered illegal to travel outside of an official tour group.
In the instance where we have to cancel any remaining component of a tour as detailed above, any unused portion of the package will be non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of fraud, abuse or illegal activity, and refer such activity to the relevant authorities.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
From time to time Parties2Weddings may conduct promotions including but not limited to credit/coupon/voucher promotions and other giveaways or competitions. You should refer to the terms and conditions of such promotions which are normally posted on our website or otherwise are provided on request.
Except where otherwise expressly stated, these Terms & Conditions do not create any relationship of principal and agent, joint venture, partnership or fiduciary relationship between you and Parties2Weddings and you agree that you are an independent entity.
You must not assign, transfer or novate these Terms & Conditions or any rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without the prior written consent of Parties2Weddings.
You may not rely on our words or conduct as a waiver of any right unless that waiver is in writing and signed by Parties2Weddings.
In these Terms & Conditions:
(a) words in the singular include the plural and vice versa;
(b) if a word or phrase is defined its other grammatical forms have corresponding meanings;
(c) ‘includes’ means includes without limitation; and
(d) an obligation to use reasonable endeavours does not require a party to incur a commercial detriment or payment obligation.
To the extent that any clause or part of any clause is in any way unenforceable, invalid or illegal, it is to be read down so as to be enforceable, valid and legal. In the event this is not possible, the clause (or where possible, the offending part) is to be severed from this these Terms & Conditions without affecting the enforceability, validity or legality of the remaining clauses (or parts of those clauses as the case may be) which will continue in full force and effect.
JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance to the laws of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria.
