Visited the Westin Hotel an Spa from 21 to 25 June 2017. Loved everything about it. As a former business owner and entrepreneurship professor, I look for exceptional customer service, products, a congenial knowledgeable and smiling staff. The Westin has it all! The ambience is superb. The pools and beach front were excellent. The Westin is oriented to families and those seeking a romantic getaway extended weekend. Rooms were clean-housecleaning does a great job. This staff often gets overlooked. A clean room makes my stay a comfort. My reservation was handled with finesse. The reservation department gave me a short polite quiz as to why I was coming. It was an anniversary. When we arrived, our treat was waiting. Putu did a wonderful job. The buffet breakfast had something to please everyone. The food staff were polite and addressed every issue with a smile. Agung Yatika and his assistant (sorry I forgot her name, has a great smile) gave excellent suggestions regarding tours and activities. The Sahadewa Barong Dance, (the “monkey” in the dance company is sure to delight children and adults) and the trip to Uluwatu were fantastic. Agung, your suggestions were prefect for our 4 day visit. Franklyn D’Costa, Director, F & B, came to greet us to check that our meals pleased our every taste bud. They sure did. All the restaurants were well done- Japanese, Italian, Spanish, etc. Try them all. I’d post photos, but I’m writing as I travel. Those photos would show a smiling staff, delicious food and a delightful environment. When romance calls or you want a family outing go for the Westin Resort Nusa Dusa Bali. I’m sure you, your significant other or family will all be happy.
